SVGLB
One of the most versatile blades in the
Amada line, the SVGLB, was designed to cover a broad range of
cutting applications and to provide maximum efficiency in the sawing
of wear-resistant tool steels. The blade's tough M-42 cobalt edge
resists heat and abrasion, while the varied pitch tooth form expands
the range of sizes and shapes that can be sawed successfully without
changing blades. The SVGLB coarse pitch patterns, 3/4 and coarser,
have unique, 10 degree positive pitch forms that allow for
significantly faster cutting rates, yielding as much as 30-50% more
production per hour and providing extremely long blade life. The
finer pitch pattern 4/6 blade provides trouble-free, long life
sawing of thin cross sections of tough material. When used on
materials of moderate difficult machinability, Amada SVGLB blades
are consistently the longest life, fastest production cutting blades
on the market today.
