AURORA
The Aurora
bi-metal band saw blade has a titanium nitride coating. A surface
hardness of 2300 DPN (micro Vickers) means you have a band saw blade
with a surface hardness exceeding tungsten carbide for unsurpassed
cutting performance. The lubricity of the titanium nitride coating
reduces the heat generation and dramatically improves the abrasion
resistance. This high surface hardness cutting edge does not
sacrifice toughness. The Amada saw blade back and tooth materials
are chosen for their extreme toughness and excellent blade backing
life. These three elements combine to provide a greater cutting
profit to you. Titanium Nitride Coated Bi-Metal Band Saw Blade. Up
to Twice the Cutting Rate and Three Times the
life
